The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business, Accounting, or Finance Graduate who is interested in pursuing a career in finance as part of a dynamic, fast-paced finance team that supports Financial Accounting for the company.
Based in Brisbane CBD, this role is focused on supporting the Financial Accounting team in meeting its deliverables and is intended to be a development pathway into other finance roles at BDA.
Responsibilities
- Fixed asset accounting.
- Month-end processing.
- Preparation of reconciliations and schedules for internal and external parties.
- Special projects as tasked by the team lead or direct manager.
- Support and backfill team members during periods of leave.
Experience/Qualifications
- Have completed or nearly completed a relevant business, accounting, or finance degree.
- Have a desire to pursue a CA/CPA qualification (preferred).
- Be able to engage with multiple stakeholders and have confident communication aptitude.
- Possess excellent presentation skills.
- Exhibit a high degree of enthusiasm.
