Pay is determined by skill set, experience, and ability to help our company grow and become more efficient. Looking for an assistant for the CEO and administration support for the team. Our team is small but quickly growing.
We take pride in providing amazing customer service and results for our clients. We are a fun team that works hard but also has a lot of fun and cares deeply about each other. We are looking for long-term hires that we can grow and promote along with the company’s growth.
We provide flexibility around your work schedule and could move to a full-time position for the right person. You must have experience with Google Calendar and or Microsoft Teams to be considered.
Duties include:
- Sending client Zoom Links/Calendar Invites
- Sending Client Status Updates and Requesting Approvals for Creative Work
- Prepping Status Report for Client Meetings in PowerPoint
- Keeping Project Management Software Up to Date
- Calendar Management
- Help CEO with one-off tasks such as scheduling, research, and presentations
- Sending and following up with client invoices
- Identify and contact potential podcast guests and guest positions
- Quality assurance and customer service support
Other projects as needed
The right person will:
- Have basic Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills
- Experience with Google Calendar
- Be able to write in a professional tone and correct spelling and grammar mistakes
- Be eager to learn new skills so we can expand your roles
Experience with the following is a bonus but not required. We will train these skills for the right person.
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Calendar
- Asana
- Missive
- Amazon Seller Central
- Walmart Seller Central
- Notion. So
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available 8-6 Monday-Friday PST- Actual hours within this period and the total number of hours are flexible. We are happy to work around families and other social commitments with advance notice.
Computer with reliable internet - Willingness to complete a paid trial so we can better assess if you are a good fit for our company.
