We are seeking a talented marketer passionate about the live entertainment business! The Arena Marketing Coordinator candidate is well-organized, creative, produces, and is a strong communicator.
The Arena Marketing Coordinator supports multi-channel marketing and promotional plans to engage fans, and bring awareness to Footprint Center concerts and events. The Arena Marketing Coordinator reports to the Arena Marketing Manager.

What Will You Do:
- Manage internal digital signage rotation including marquee, LED ribbon boards, concourse display, pavilion, and more.
- Manage the promotion of concerts/events through a variety of platforms, including Suns/Mercury in-game promotions, flyer distribution, special features, and more.
- In collaboration with the arena marketing team, lead the development of grassroots initiatives for select events.
- Assist with event day/night responsibilities on select events, which may include auditing all promotional graphics and signage, managing on-site promotions, on-site radio stations, and other third-party vendors
- Maintains and manages show-specific files and media library
- Manage event checklists
- Support arena marketing by executing promotional plans with the use of internal assets
- Assist with Footprint Center email planning
- Creates post-event added value recaps for each concert/event
- Supports arena marketing team by updating FootprintCenter.com event pages and web content as needed
- Assist with request process to Creative Services team to create professional and concise graphics for social media, digital, OOH, and print
- Occasionally assist in the creation and execution of event graphics using the tour-provided ad mat and/or creating from scratch
- Support arena marketing team by seeking creative and unique ways to welcome artists, promoters, and touring staff
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Arena Marketing and Arena Marketing Manager
- Stay up to date with industry and market trends
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
What We Need From Our Arena Marketing Coordinator:

- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in live entertainment marketing is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Must possess strong organizational skills, self-motivated and creative
- Ability to lead multiple projects at a time and work well under pressure
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
