About the role
We are looking for a proven Marketing Assistant to join the Fisher & Paykel, team. Day to day, you will support the Marketing Manager by covering Digital, Social and Retail campaigns.
Contribute to the overall achievement of market share, revenue and margin objectives, and marketing Business Unit objectives. In this role, your efforts impact the overall brand awareness, sale distribution goals, and the optimization and effectiveness of Fisher & Paykel’s brand marketing investment.
Based in East Tamaki, with the flexibility to work from home, you’ll assist with brand and marketing activities across our retail & commercial channels. You’ll work closely with the global team, wider Sales, and cross-functional teams across the business to support the development and execution of campaigns, new product launches,
Sponsorships & events, instore execution, and display roll as well as promotional planning and BTL (Below the Line) execution. With your exceptional analytical skills, you’ll easily interpret and analyze data into actionable insights and implementation plans.

As we continue to expand our categories, you will get the opportunity to hear firsthand about the latest solutions we are bringing to market,

You will be a highly organized team player with strong attention to detail who takes personal responsibility & accountability for the outcomes of your work. Â Articulate in both written & verbal communication, you’ll have the ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in project management, collaborating and communicating with a diverse range of internal & external stakeholders (consumers, sales, and channel partners, agencies) to achieve successful outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and can adapt quickly and accurately to tight deadlines in a changing market environment. You’ll be solutions orientated, comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, and have excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
You will have the ability to confidently provide feedback on the design of in-market collateral, such as POS, displays, catalogs, and digital and social communications. Agency, Retail, or Appliance experience would be highly regarded.
The ability to work autonomously, yet with a collaborative approach is a must along with a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.Â
