  • Location: Flintshire and surrounding areas. Home-based with a requirement for national travel.

About the role

Team Reporting to the National  Virtual Co-ordinator and working alongside the Luv2meetU team and across Hft nationally the role will co-ordinate, oversee, facilitate and deliver a national virtual events programme to the people we support within Hft in North Wales and across other regions within Hft and the Luv2meetU service,

Giving people with learning disabilities and/or autism greater opportunities to socialise/access activities, improving mental health and well-being, and helping combat loneliness and isolation.

This project is a virtual expansion of existing Luv2meetU and day centre programmes meeting a national and growing need.

About you

The successful candidate will be educated to A level or equivalent qualification or professional experience in a related field for example health and social care/digital communications.

Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and a variety of digital platforms including social media. Experience in working with vulnerable people including adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
