- Responsible for collaborating with other analysts and administrators to answer user support requests regarding IT Identity Management
What you’ll do
- Works closely with internal customers, infrastructure teams, and peers to develop and deliver solutions
- Supports production issues, troubleshoots, and manages monitoring and notification systems
- Designs and develops workflows and configurations to meet support and project needs
- Identifies and documents both user and system issues, and pursues automated solutions
- Provides input into technical documents written by the project teams
- Documents and explains design decisions and implementation plans
- Creates training curricula and documentation
- Trains users on applications and helps resolve application issues
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 1-year experience in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Identity products, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance/upgrade strategies, and performance tuning
- 1-year J2EE development experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Airline Industry experience
- DUO multi-factor experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Identity products
- Experience using JDeveloper IDE, Version control using Subversion
- Experience in creating UDF forms, ADF framework, Java, and/or Javascript
- Experience implementing SOA composites, custom workflows, and approval policies
- Experience with Solaris OS
- Experience with Oracle Directory Server (formerly SUN Directory Server) and Microsoft Active Directory
- Working knowledge of CA SiteMinder, F5 load balancers, firewalls, proxies, LDAP, XML, SQL, JDBC, Web Services, Active Directory, WebSphere, SAML, and Oracle database
- Familiarity with formal development life-cycle processes (design, development, testing, and deployment)
- Ability to design and develop workflows and configurations to meet support and project needs
- Ability to develop installation and configuration documentation using best practice guidelines and policies
- Ability to troubleshoot Web Logic-related issues
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Basic understanding and knowledge of PCI and SOX regulatory standards
