Job Description
One of our most premium bars La Vie is located within the Crown Perth Metropol Hotel Foyer and offers an impressive selection of fine Champagne, Wines, Cocktails, and Cognacs, accompanied by a grazing menu of small tasting plates within an intimate, luxurious, and warm environment.
To compliment the elegant décor in La Vie, we need top hospitality professionals to showcase their skills in the position of an experienced Cocktail Bar Attendantwith good Champagne and Wine knowledge.
This role will play an integral part in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests through displaying exceptional customer service and sound beverage knowledge.
Essential Criteria:
- 1 + years of Strong Bar Experience and/or Cocktail, Champagne, and Wine knowledge
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends & public holidays
- Experience in providing elevated customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards at all times
