Job Description

A recent acquisition with Avetta has enabled us to become the largest safety supply chain and compliance provider. With this merge; we have a range of opportunities available to join our Mt Maunganui team.

About the role 

The skills team acts as an outsourced training department to our clients by managing all of their training needs, and ensuring workers have the correct competencies to fulfill the requirements of their roles. Having the ability to multitask with ease and communicate internally and externally is essential.

This role will see you supporting functions such as; building relationships with clients and liaising on the training schedule, booking training courses, venues, equipment, and providers, ensuring timely and accurate recording, updating and reporting of training information, monitoring changes to industry compliance requirements for safe work and contributing to continuous improvement of processes.

You will have excellent communication skills and will need to work across cross-functional teams 

Work in a high-performance team where you can make the role your own. The role and the team are based in Mt Maunganui, with free parking and closed shops.

  • Proven experience in administration, or training/project support 
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft excel – you need to know your way around a spreadsheet.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to solve problems with a client-centric focus.
  • Strong sense of accountability.
