Summary of the role
These posts will be operational across numerous locations within the Commercial Operations wider team. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic members of staff to join our teams on Streatham and Saint Luke’s campuses.
You will have a flexible approach to working patterns, as well as excellent communication skills. Evenings and weekends working with some daytime support will be required, It is essential the successful candidate holds a valid full driving license due to the need to conduct duties that include food service deliveries.
Our team is driven on providing an exceptional customer service experience. Staff and students use our facilities year-round, along with external customers out of term time. Across the campuses, we provide the following services; retail shops, retail catering, residential catering, licensed premises, hospitality, conferencing, and events.
We are looking for customer-focused, team players who can also work alone. A particular focus will be on providing exceptional customer service at all times with a passion for providing high-quality food and drink.
You will demonstrate high standards and be well organized. Having experience in roles within catering, front of the house, retail, and kitchens, with knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety, would be advantageous.
You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as excellent communication skills. The role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements.
