WOW, Recruitment is looking for exceptional Customer Service Representatives across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Our client is one of the world’s leading suppliers of graphic design and marketing collateral with a presence in 20 countries.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties in Malaga in Perth.
- Answer phones and deal with all customer enquiries with a customer service attitude and approach that provides a full-service response where possible.
- Process customer orders over the phone, in person, face to face and over fax.
- Follow current credit procedures to process credits.
- Assist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistics
- Liaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.
- Up-sell products to customers when possible.
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years in Customer Service preferably in an inbound call centre environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
- Team player with mastery over the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
