Role overview:
Eat Work Art has recently implemented a CRM system to gather, analyze and report on data for a number of business processes from lead generation and conversion, to lease management and revenue gain/loss on our studios.
While most data is currently being gathered and stored effectively, we are looking to improve our data analytics and reporting to advance our current situational awareness and long-term decision-making ability.
This role is a permanent position and can either be full-time or part-time, focused on data analytics and visualization. The primary objective of this role is to analyze and visualize EWA’s extensive CRM data, with the objective of presenting clear data-driven insights that the wider team can use to make informed decisions.
We are currently using Google Sheets for data analysis purposes and Google Data Studios for visualization, but we are happy to consider and take input on other data analysis tools available.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to engineer the company’s data management tools and processes, whilst supporting them to develop their knowledge and experience.
