The marketing manager will report to the senior manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activities and events to achieve business goals.
The role includes working with senior management, bankers, product, investments, finance, internal and external agencies, and vendors in addition to other business teams.
Management of all aspects of marketing activity required to support the business including:
- Marketing Planning
Works with key stakeholders in the market regions to develop localized marketing plans that combine multiple channels to effectively develop our business and build our brand in each market.
Management and conception through to execution and post-event analysis of all Citi Private Bank events within EMEA and globally. Events include sponsorship of large high-profile sporting events, investments, large, themed asset management conferences, and investment outlook roadshows.
Responsible for client marketing materials, franchise marketing brochures, and collateral supporting the sales, products, and investments teams within EMEA.
Budget Management & ROI
Manage the overall annual EMEA marketing budget, allocating funds to each region by following global strategy and direction. Tightly manage budgets, track expenditures, and monitor revenues over a 12-month period.
Client Relationship Management System
Use the internal CRM systems for client analysis, list management, and as an information tool when managing events and marketing campaigns.
Manage and be the key point of contact to creative agencies, supplying briefs and guidelines to achieve the required look and feel. Manage all suppliers and internal teams used for marketing and events on and off-site.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
Manage and build key relationships with partners of Citi at our major sponsored events and decide on where to create sponsorship relationships for the Private Bank.
Help drive e-communications and leverage our in-house digital assets to expand our LinkedIn profile and build brand & client consideration via SEO.
Responsible for internal communications and announcements for the business to all employees within EMEA, ensuring all key messages are communicated through this medium.
Review and approve any advertising initiatives within EMEA
- Experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns across the marketing mix
- Previous event management experience useful
- Ideally with knowledge of the financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Experience in organizing and running events would be beneficial
- Experience in managing budgets
- Ability to work in a complex, multi-site matrix organization
- Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of activity
