We are looking for an outgoing, proactive, efficient “go-getter” HR Officer who wants to further their career in Human Resources (HR).

The role will include
- Recruitment – conducting and coordinating applicant sourcing and shortlisting
- Preparation of employment agreements
- Coordinating and implementing induction for new starters
- Coordinating and implementing staff learning and development training
- Working collaboratively and supporting teams on various store projects and initiatives
- Administering and implementing HR initiatives
- Administering and implementing store Health and Safety requirements and initiatives
The person we seek must show excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to multi-task and enjoy maintaining good relationships with team members. A committed demeanour to constantly making improvements to all HR and store projects is required.
To succeed in this role, you will have
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR servicing including staff recruitment, health and safety and training and development in the retail industry
- A sound understanding of NZ employment and Health and Safety legislation
- Be a self-starter focused on delivering excellent outcomes
- Be a strong team player
