Job Description

  • Opens all customer claims received by phone or in writing and manages all correspondence relating to the claims;
  • Send copies of customer claims to all relevant suppliers and departments to obtain their version of events.
  • Respond to any written or verbal request before, during, or after the customer’s trip, within the established deadlines and in accordance with industry regulations as well as the company’s policies and procedures;
  • Analyze customer claims and look into incident details;
  • Make settlement proposals and negotiate agreements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in complaint management and customer service is required.
  • Good analytical skills and empathy; Bilingual (written and spoken);
    Capable of working under duress;
  • Skills in organisation and time management;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent writing abilities;
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is advantageous.
