Telecaller Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

• Should be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to generate leads to promote services.
• Need to have good communication skills to understand the customer’s needs and identify opportunities to up sell services.
• Provide information about the services offered by the company and answer any questions or concerns that the customer may have.
• Need to maintain accurate records of customer interaction, including details of the calls made, feedback received and follow-up required.
• Identifying new sales leads by researching and identifying potential customer.
• Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
