Working either morning, afternoon or night shifts.

Acorn is looking for Warehouse Operatives to work in a busy distribution centre in Manor Park in Runcorn.

The job role will include:

• Order-picking using a headset system
• Packing
• Labelling
• Palletising
• Shrink-wrapping
• Other ad-hoc warehouse tasks

Requirements of the successful candidate:

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment would be an advantage
• Manual handling experience
• Health and safety awareness
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on can-do attitude

This role can involve some heavy lifting.

Shifts:

• 5:30 am to 2 pm
• 12 pm to 8:30 pm
• 2 pm to 10:30 pm
• 8:30 pm to 5 am

These hours are non-rotational, and you will only work one set of hours.

The successful candidates must be able to work 5 days out of 7, and there is some weekend working involved on a rota basis.

• £10.90 (Warehouse)
• £12.40 (Fruit and Veg department) Freezer – below 7 degrees
• £13.90 (Nights) – applies from 12 am-5.30 am

Roles may become permanent after the successful completion of a training period.
