As a member of the IT Software Development team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in every department to write software that helps them work more effectively.
As an IT Systems Developer, you will:
- Work on internally facing projects to increase efficiency and automate work processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to build consensus and adapt plans to evolving needs
- Analyze business processes, and make improvements according to agreed upon priorities
- Test, launch, and monitor your projects in the wild, making improvements as you go
- Participate in team decisions to help set the direction of IT at Zaber
You’re the ideal IT Systems Developer if you:
- Love programming – experience with Python, Node.js, and SQL is desirable
- Take the initiative to learn new things and gain a complete understanding of them
- Think problems through and then ask specific questions to fill in the gaps
- Have fun collaborating with a small team of developers and IT professionals
- Find working with people rewarding
IT Systems Developer Wage:
- The starting wage for the role is $45 – $58 depending on experience.
