A genuine exciting time to join our client based in Birmingham who produce and supply high quality branded paper hygiene products to independent, retail and wholesale customers throughout the UK.
Your main role will be to operate high volume production machinery ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.

Working as Packaging Line Operator / Setter your duties will include:
Setting and Operating Machinery to correct dimension in accordance to job specific details.
Maintaining machinery, including changing over of tooling and cleaning down during shift.
Monitoring production outputs and collating accurate records of production counts.
Using a HMI (Human Machine Interface)
Working closely with shift supervisor to ensure customer requirements are met.
Changing of raw material in a safe and efficient manner (use of hand tool and lifting equipment)
Robotics experience (Not essential, training can be given)
The ideal applicant will have:
Experience of operating High Volume Production Machinery
Knowledge of HMI (Human-Machine Interface), based Machinery (Preferably)
Experience of working within a FMCG or environment
Clean down the machines before end of each shift
Work on the end line of a rapid packaging machine
Good English and Maths competency
Ability to problem solve
IT Literate (Preferably)
Annual Salary/Benefits:
£26,200 to £28,600

6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm / 10pm – 6am rotating weekly
