Full Job Description
RSS are currently recruiting for a Temporary Works Coordinator for one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK.
As a TWC you will be required to manage and co-ordinate the specification, design, approval, checking, installation, maintenance and removal of all necessary temporary works (TW).
Identify all TW and record on the TW Control Register. You will need to assess the risk level of all TW and record on the TW Control Register.
You will be responsible for:
- To lead and manage all Temporary Works activities for the T&E team
- To plan, control, supervise, monitor and implement Temporary Works activities
- To assist the T&E Engineering lead with Temporary Works initiatives
- To assist the Competence Manager with Temporary Works competence assessments
- To undertake TWC duties (subject to nomination and authorisation)
- To control, create and review all necessary Temporary Works site documentation
- To plan and implement Temporary Works processes
- To ensure that critical Temporary Works processes and documentation have appropriate resource and attention allocated to it to facilitate quality and timely completion and compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Temporary Works – Buried Services experience is essential
