Full job description
- Your activities focus on all facets of HR work. As an HR Business Partner you contribute to and monitor the established HR policy. You mainly operate on a tactical and strategic level.
- You inform, support and advise, solicited and unsolicited management, managers and employees.
- You have an eye for the optimal availability, employability and motivation of employees in the short and longer term. You are a fully-fledged interlocutor in the field of HR and leadership.
- As an HR advisory team, we are developing within HAN and are increasingly taking on a tactical and strategic position. For this you work together with our experts: the HR policy officers and lawyers. You also work closely with our well-equipped specialists in the field of case management (absenteeism), recruitment and general HR questions in the field of employment conditions. As a result, you as an HR Business Partner have room to focus on non-day-to-day issues at a tactical and strategic level. Advising on individual cases is also part of your portfolio.
- You actively contribute to projects and policy development.
There are various issues to be tackled, particularly around the themes of culture, organization and change management. You are an important sparring partner on topics such as the development of result-responsible teams, leadership development, future-proof personnel policy (SPP), agility and inclusiveness/diversity.

You are a strong personality and know how to hold your own in a complex organization. You know how to translate the future dot on the horizon into appropriate interventions in the present. You do this with organizational sensitivity, current knowledge and experience within moving organizations. You have a positive and enterprising attitude, are proactive, decisive and like to roll up your sleeves. Of course you have a demonstrable HBO / WO level. You preferably have a completed education in, for example, Human Resources, Organizational and Change Management, Business Administration or Organisation, Culture & Management.
In addition you have:
- at least 5 years of experience in the field as an HR Business Partner,
- experience in complex, professional and large organizations is essential.

HAN offers you employment for 0.8 to 1.0 FTE for the duration of one year. You will be working in both Arnhem and Nijmegen. Of course, working from home is an option.
A challenging position in a dynamic and informal working environment. The appointment will initially be for one year, with the possibility of an extension. You will immediately be employed by HAN.
- depending on your experience, the gross monthly salary is a minimum of € 3,881.09 and a maximum of € 5,332.48 (CAO-HBO scale 11) based on full-time employment (36 hours);
