Job Description

We are looking for a skilled software engineer who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for working on projects that are currently being developed by our company.

Software engineers apply principles and techniques of engineering, mathematics, and computer science to the design, development, and testing of software applications for computers.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field is required. You will also need at least five to seven years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field to be successful in this role.

• Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
• Determine process improvements, and best practices, and develop new processes.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.

Senior Software Engineer Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of programming experience.
• Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
