The resource, responding to the relevant Project Manager, will be responsible for the technical/economic management of the construction site, in accordance with the contractual, economic, design, and work program specifications.

Specifically, the Foreman will take care of:

• Assisting the Project Manager in managing the project
• Organizing and defining all activities related to the work’s design and construction 
• Ensuring the preparation of operational plans and the identification of the necessary resources, verifying the achievement of objectives, while also fulfilling the requirements imposed by contractual conditions and technical specifications
• Ensuring the preparation of the Quality Control Plans, the Environmental Protection Plan, and the Operational Safety Plans, were foreseen

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in road construction management
• Excellent knowledge of the technical, technological, and organizational aspects of the construction site
• Good knowledge of Safety in the Workplace and Environmental Protection laws
• Good knowledge of contract management
• Knowledge of the material procurement process
• Knowledge of project authorization and approval processes
• Knowledge of the main IT packages
• Excellent ability to manage emergencies
• Available for transfers to non-EU countries
