Your new company
Your new company is a national 5-star house building company who’s currently working on their site in Leeds and so are in need of a Joiner to join their team for ongoing work.
Your new role
Your new role consists of both first and second fix joinery and so ranges from constructing walls, floors, and ceilings, and inserting cables for electrical supply to things such as casing, flooring, and doors on a number of new build houses.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be a reliable individual who is well experienced in all types of joinery and who can produce high-quality work consistently with credible references to support this.
You will need to be competent in working alongside other tradesmen and prepared to discuss operations with site managers if/when needed. You will also need to work using your own PPE and tools.
What you’ll get in return
In return, the hourly pay rate over a long-term period as work is ongoing. Overtime is also likely available if desired along with opportunities to work with the client and with Hays in the future by establishing yourself as a reliable tradesman.
