Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities: a: To Work as SAP CRM utilities functional Consultant b: Conduct Client workshops on the CRM Module c: Requirement gathering preparation of BBP, d: Configuration, Prepare Testing Scenarios and Test Scripts, Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developed functionalities
- Technical Experience: a: Should have at least 5-6 years of experience in CRM should have experience in the following components b: Good knowledge in SAP CRM 70 and 50 c: Good understanding in End to End Processes of Utilities d: Web Client UI CRM -Base Customizing in CRM e: sales and marketing, Pricing in CRM f: Should have experience of 1 E2e implementation project
- Professional Attributes: Good communication, leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, ability to work under pressure
Educational Qualification:
- 15 years of full education
