The Opportunity

This is an initial full-time 6-month contract with a view to going permanent, depending on business needs. All electronic equipment will be provided, you’ll simply need a desk, adjustable chair, and functional wifi.

With empathy, adaptability, and initiative, you will be a true champion of our clients by:
- Responding to inbound calls and other communications.
- Cultivating strong relationships and trust through empathy and understanding, interpreting client needs, and connecting them with the right legal team members.
- Answering questions, obtaining and recording accurate information, and identifying and qualifying needs for potential claims.
- Supporting the New Client Team with administrative tasks and optimizing the use of internal systems to process information.
- Applying your keen eye to spot opportunities for improvement so that we can stay ahead of the pack and deliver the best outcomes for clients.
What you’ll bring
- We truly care for our clients and you will, too. You’ll be comfortable and capable of creating a safe environment for them to communicate their concerns and needs.
- You’ll be naturally empathetic and have a resolute passion for helping people, especially those who may be experiencing trauma.
- You’ll recognize and value the importance of your role in being the gateway to support clients.
- The ability to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 7.15 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster.
- If you’ve had previous experience in a call center, that’s great … but it’s not essential.
