KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Can solve SQL / PLSQL queries.
- Good logical skills
- Experience in database and excellent Communication Skills
- Acknowledging Support tickets
- Management of projects in support
- Debugging client issues and sending them to respective teams
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (includes night shift)
- 2 rotational fixed offs
- Maintain Confidentiality and ensure data security practices are compliant.

- Good experience working on SQL/ Database
- Fluent in English
