Job Summary:
CareNow Urgent Care is seeking a new graduate board-certified nurse practitioner only to join our San Antonio, TX float position as a double coverage provider among our locations. Must have an active TX license and be willing to obtain a DEA. Must have experience with suturing, I&Ds, toenail removal, etc.
Qualified Candidates:
- Comfortable seeing ages three months and up
- Board Certified
- Has a Texas state medical licensure and DEA
- Ability to perform first reads on x-rays
- Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries include: pediatric and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.
