About the business and the role
This role will be based at our Mindarie or New Dianella premises, due to open September 1st, depending on which location suits you best.

Job tasks and responsibilities
(We will train you if you haven’t had experience in the following areas)
- Work with both pediatric and adult NDIS participants including neurodiverse and neurological clients
- Home assessment and modifications
- Mental Health
- AT applications
- FCA’s
- You will be working within a close and extremely supportive multidisciplinary Allied Health Team.
