Zoom Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Administrator who is available for an immediate start for one of our high-profile transport clients based in Kewdale.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • General Data Entry
  • Ensure POD Manifests, pallet dockets connotes and all other relevant paperwork received are complete, accurate, authorized, and ready for processing of payments.
  • Assist in tracking customer bookings to point of delivery
  • General Filing as required
  • Customer Service – follow up and resolve customer and vendor queries in a timely and courteous manner

You will require the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Efficient and courteous telephone technique
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Time management skills/ability to prioritize workloads
  • Microsoft Word – basic
  • Microsoft Excel – basic
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Internet
