- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Dog care for 2 small dogs
- General errands
- House organization
- Booking personal travel and accommodations
Administrative tasks such as scheduling and overseeing home and vehicle maintenance, submitting vehicle registration, etc. Supporting the Executive Assistant with tasks such as credit card reconciliations, researching venues, tracking expenses, event planning, etc.
The ideal assistant has their own transportation, can multi-task, and is comfortable with dogs and driving an Audi RS. Microsoft Office and Google Suite knowledge is required. This is a part-time position that will take ~10-20 hours per week depending on the needs of the entrepreneur. The pay range is $16-$25/hour based on experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have Driver’s license and own transportation
