Job Role: 

Responsible to facilitate improvement events and projects and at the same time continuing to learn and gain experience with the process excellence methodology with limited technical support from Specialist

Essential Duties:

  • Assists multiple Value Stream goals and helps delivers through improvement events/projects
  • Facilitates improvement events & projects and actively promotes the process excellence methodology
  • Presents facilitates and leads assigned projects using methods of culture-appropriate team building, team energizing, data gathering, and analysis
  • Provides follow-up to monitor the progress of ongoing events/projects and support timely action
  • Document and communicate changes from event outcomes to appropriate audience
  • Measure, compile, analyze and derive conclusions from data
  • Market problem-solving initiatives within GIA through innovative training like simulations, exercises, etc.
  • Seek support to create metrics and quantify benefits derived from improvement events
  • Deliver training to all staff as required
  • Meet all performance metrics to provide results at high levels
  • Assist Specialist to conduct process audits and drives process improvements based on non-conformities
  • Assist Specialist to conduct a compliance risk assessment and drawing corrective actions
  • Delegates appropriate work to Associate
  • As required, may support other facilities in process implementation and standardization
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
  • Implementing all policies and procedures established under the Laboratory’s Management System (LMS) that are relevant to the process analytics Department and in alignment with requirements of ISO/IEC standard

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream

Work Experience

  • Certification in project management and problem-solving would be preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience at GIA as an Associate, Process
    Analytics
