Job Description
Legacy is looking for an energetic, experienced, and outgoing production specialist to manage a local mobile tour that will activate on-premise accounts, The primary responsibility will be to handle logistics and operations for this tour including the use and maintenance of an event-specific machine and generator. This individual will have a proven ability to flawlessly set up and execute events.
The program will start in June or July (date TBD based on the market) and run for approximately 5-6 weeks. This is a part-time role (up to 29 hours per week) and will require working nights and weekends, with most activations occurring Friday – Sunday.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Become immersed in the brand, getting to know the brand strategy and positioning
- Serve as the product expert, displaying in-depth knowledge of and expertise in handling all activation footprint assets including machine and generator
- Manage transportation and storage of all assets, including driving a 16 ft. box truck
- Visit on-premise accounts to set up and manage activation footprint including machine, generator, backdrop, and other items
- Partner with Legacy HQ & local clients for logistical planning
- Manage all program inventory
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:
- Able and willing to lift 50-60 lbs.
- Must be able and willing to drive a 16-ft. truck
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components (preferred)
- Ability to effectively use common hand tools and read a multimeter required
- Previous event production/logistics and/or tour management experience required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a timely manner
- Intimate knowledge of local account landscape
- Comfortable working in nightlife/bar/restaurant setting
- Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
