Job Description
The role
Reporting to our Project Administration Team Lead, as Project Administrator you will provide a range of project/contract support and administrative duties where it will see your process and contract documentation, project purchasing, and credit control.
You will be a part of a fast-paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. Operation support. This is a pivotal role, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks as required.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you are an experienced administration professional that has experience in administration, project administration, or a similar position.
You’re MS Office suite skills are at the forefront along with your excellent communication skills, strong process, and improvement mindset, exceptional attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate intuition.
You are a multi-task, have a keen eye for detail, are motivated, have strong organizational skills and not to mention a can-do attitude. If you have experience in JDE or SAP it would be highly advantageous.
