This role is 100% commission based.
Successful commercial real estate agents can earn 6 figures after about 12-18 months of sales activity. The sales process can be lengthy but has an amazing payoff compared to traditional residential real estate agent roles.
You’re writing your own paychecks and your pay is tied directly to your time, effort, and skill. Be prepared to spend your early months earning very little while learning the role. However, if you put in the work, the reward is a lifetime career where you have the potential to earn 6 to 7 figures annually.
