Pinchy’s is a fun, fast-paced, colorful brand. We serve the highest quality seafood, in a creative and approachable style. Influenced mostly from Spain, Pinchy’s also combines Modern Australian and Asian cuisine.
We are one of a very few restaurant brands to be purely pescatarian and plant-based. Pinchy’s has quickly and very successfully developed into a multi-layered brand. Currently our flagship restaurant, our expanding casual affair, and our event arm. Pinchy’s has also recently expanded with its new sister brand, ‘Pearl Chablis & Oyster Bar.
About the role
- Lead our flagship restaurant in Melbourne CBD. Service, 5 dinners & 4 lunches.
- Oversee all menus and kitchens within Pinchy’s Brand
- Oversee the menu of our Sister brand Pearl Chablis & Oyster Bar.
- Your position will entail meeting weekly KPIs for the above-mentioned kitchens
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously and lead a team
- Extensive seafood, vegetarian/vegan food knowledge
- Attention to detail and excellent Quality control
- Creativity for menu development.
- An even temperament and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with administration, people management, and experience with Cooking the Book or similar is preferable.
- Impeccable organization, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
