Job Description

We are seeking a Full-time Receptionist with Administrative experience (minimum of 2 years) for a Strata Management Company, close to the City.

This position is 5 days per week 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Have an exceptional phone manner which is both professional and welcoming
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving at the reception
  • Administrative and secretarial support to both staff and clients 
  • Assist with looking after a range of general office administration tasks 
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation of the office is maintained at all times

Essential to the role you will have

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience, preferable with a Real Estate or Strata Management background. 
  • Competent use of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Must have a positive ‘can-do attitude, and a strong ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Strata Master experience is an advantage, but not essential.
