We are seeking a Full-time Receptionist with Administrative experience (minimum of 2 years) for a Strata Management Company, close to the City.
This position is 5 days per week 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
- Have an exceptional phone manner which is both professional and welcoming
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving at the reception
- Administrative and secretarial support to both staff and clients
- Assist with looking after a range of general office administration tasks
- Ensure a high standard of presentation of the office is maintained at all times
Essential to the role you will have
- Minimum of 2 years office experience, preferable with a Real Estate or Strata Management background.
- Competent use of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Must have a positive ‘can-do attitude, and a strong ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
- Strata Master experience is an advantage, but not essential.
