About the role
Due to business growth, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager ANZ, the role works proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of all finance administrative processes.
We are based in Hamilton, East Brisbane, central to many cafes, parks, and public transport. School hours are available, as is the flexibility to work from home on some days.
Responsibilities include:
- Full accounts receivable and payable functions
- Supporting with month-end and closing process
- Assist with OPEX reporting and cost control
- Administration of documentation and record keeping to support internal control and risk management.
- Monthly processing and reconciliation of credit cards and travel expenditure
About you
You will be asked to demonstrate a level of aptitude for the competencies required for the position including:

Proven experience in a similar role, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, is required. JDE experience and a relevant tertiary education are desirable, but not essential.
