What you need:

• You need to be based anywhere in New Zealand.
• Available to work at least 18 hours per week.
• Have an ADSL, cable, or NBN internet connection.
• Windows PC with Windows 10
• A dedicated home office space away from distractions.
• Computer Headset.
• Excellent communication skills and phone manners.
• Basic computer skills.
• The drive to succeed and make a difference.

Calling Times:

We make calls from Monday – Friday from 9 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm.

There are no mandatory days, if you can work at least 18 hours over the week your roster will be designed by you!

Training:

We provide full paid training for this role using our advanced software system in the comfort of your own home over two days
