Job Description
As part of our rollout of 24 new studios nationwide, we are on the hunt for an incredible Member Care/Customer Service superstar for our Mount Wellington studio! The role will see you support the studio with sales and front desk duties. As such your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with members to contribute to our friendly, welcoming, and positive environment.
- Building lasting relationships with members and prospects.
- Generating sales leads by putting yourself out there and talking to people.
- Converting leads to memberships.
- Providing the best solutions to all members and prospective members.
- Maintaining an organized and clean front desk area.
- Daily cleaning of the studio and equipment.
- Processing payment transactions.
- Working closely with the fitness team to ensure the studio runs smoothly.
You will have the following:
- Outstanding customer service skills. high energy and positivity are what we’re after!
- Proven computer and administration skills.
- The ability to convert sale inquiries to memberships and manage studio tours.
- A real passion for fitness, be prepared to bleed orange and love working out.
- Organized and goal driven.
- Flexible to work any day of the week with mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of the mix.
