As part of our rollout of 24 new studios nationwide, we are on the hunt for an incredible Member Care/Customer Service superstar for our Mount Wellington studio! The role will see you support the studio with sales and front desk duties.  As such your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with members to contribute to our friendly, welcoming, and positive environment.
• Building lasting relationships with members and prospects.
• Generating sales leads by putting yourself out there and talking to people.
• Converting leads to memberships.
• Providing the best solutions to all members and prospective members.
• Maintaining an organized and clean front desk area.
• Daily cleaning of the studio and equipment.
• Processing payment transactions.
• Working closely with the fitness team to ensure the studio runs smoothly.

You will have the following:

• Outstanding customer service skills. high energy and positivity are what we’re after!
• Proven computer and administration skills.
• The ability to convert sale inquiries to memberships and manage studio tours.
• A real passion for fitness, be prepared to bleed orange and love working out.
• Organized and goal driven.
• Flexible to work any day of the week with mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of the mix.
