About the role:
HCF is Australia’s largest not-for-profit award-winning health fund. Their members-first philosophy is simple – be there for their customers when they need them and go out of their way to make the HCF experience a good one!
What will you do:
- Assist customers with the health claims requirements
- Navigate solutions based on the customer’s needs
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions
- Follow-up work on claims
- Promote HCF products when applicable
- Work a rotating roster between Monday – Friday 7.45 am – 7 pm (7.6-hour shifts)
- Commence 12th September
- Complete 10 days of fully pain training in our Troode street office

- Evidence that you have received two doses of a recognized COVID-19 vaccine
