About the role:
You will have strong administration experience, including the ability to adopt a flexible approach toward your work, which will include changing priorities. This is a Part Time Role.
This role will utilize your personal organization disciplines while prioritizing a number of demands, as you ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This position requires strong attributes of administrative control, commitment and resilience, and the ability to forge strong relationships with the Brinlex Team along with our Broad Range of Customers.
Tasks will include:
- Responsibility to manage the administration of the business, including payables, receivables, payroll, and general administration of project files and scheduling.
- Have a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft and Google suites along with Xero, and Xero Payroll.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
This is an important role in the business and requires an individual who is comfortable in taking responsibility and is looking forward to playing a role in the ongoing development of Brinlex on a platform of Trust.
