Full Job Description
Hiring for Export Logistic Executive in manufacturing company – Mumbai (CST) location.
- Coordinate with Projects and Planning Team for Export Schedules.
- Monitoring overall Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Documents.
- Handling Container & Stuffing Plan for Export Shipments.
- Liaising with Factory for Export dispatches and arranging for transportation.
- Liaising with CHA for Export Clearance.
- Negotiate with Freight Forwarder and get the best Freight for LCL / FCL shipment.
- Planning of Containers as per the Weight and Volume of the Shipment.
- Coordinate with the plant for the arrangement of containers on the readiness of material.
- Coordination with the Shipping Line / Freight Forwarder for Form 13 to get the container at Port.
- Handling of ocean Shipments / Exhibition Shipments / Re-Export etc.
- Attend Client and departmental meetings for day-to-day review of Target.

- 5 years exp required in freight forwarding and export logistic
- container booking and planning

- Mumbai, Mumbai – 400001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
