About This Team

The Campaign Styling team is accountable for the successful creation and execution of outfitting and styling for assigned projects and photoshoots. The team ensures on-set styling is industry-leading and consistently answers to the design & brand vision.

We are a collaborative team responsible for creating elevated style standards for the Lululemon brand. We are experts in industry trend and brings a unique point-of-view to athletic styling that allows Lululemon’s personality to shine through.

A day in the life: what you’ll do

• The Stylist Assistant is an integral part of the styling team. They lead in styling operations and shoot preparation. They support our team of Stylists and Styling Managers with all operational styling tasks.
• Upkeep closet sample organization. Exit & audit product. Support in sample order for the season.
• Support in obtaining sample HODs for weeklies and campaigns.
• Pull, prep, and ship all campaigns. Track shipments & problem-solve expediting if needed. Complete DC/MPR orders to support the campaign and weekly shoot prep.
• On-set styling assistant for both weeklies and campaigns.
• Support on returns and post-shoot processes.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for working efficiently and keeping pace with a super fast-moving team.
• Comfortable with tackling and prioritizing a dynamic workload.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.
• Takes initiative in multi-tasking and problem-solving through roadblocks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of our product, including fabric, form, & function. Styling assistant experience is a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft office excel, keynote, and inventory programs is a plus.
