The opportunity
You will have the opportunity to use your solid organizational and administration skills to provide efficient administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our Auckland Council building consent and resource consent processes. This is a customer-focused role that will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment.
Our team strives to provide the best quality service possible to our customers. With a “can do” attitude there are real progression opportunities for you within the team and wider Auckland Council. However, this is a role that sits in a fast-paced environment and hence time to complete a task would be of utmost importance.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be system savvy, able to easily adapt to new technology, and have previous experience in administration. Your excellent communication skills will help you excel in this customer-focused role.
A proactive nature along with your great attention to detail and understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) will strengthen your application. Having a good understanding of building legislation and previous SAP experience would make your application stand out.
