Studio Production

  • Works in collaboration with Brand and Digital Managers and Content Strategy managers to produce a variety of video products for digital VOD, broadcast advertising, and video streaming.
  • Assists operation of small multi-camera setups.
  • Makes recommendations to the department for software and equipment purchases.

Field Production

  • In cooperation with other staff, assists in pre-production and production planning activities.
  • Operating all portable video and audio equipment.
  • Assists in transporting and setting up lighting and audio equipment as required.
  • Provides limited troubleshooting and maintenance of field production equipment.
  • Travels as required to gather appropriate lifestyle content based on project direction.


  • Plans and performs video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, tape logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Adobe Premiere & After Effects software.
  • Utilizes Motion graphics software for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts.
  • Compresses video projects for output; makes video products available in a variety of formats including streaming media files and social media aspect ratios.
  • Coordinates internal and external duplication services as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Film Making, Visual Communications, or Related Field.
  • 2+ Years’ experience in video production.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency
  • An understanding of social media and communication via video on social.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and e-mail systems.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision utilizing a take-charge attitude.
  • The ability to prioritize projects based on importance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a TEAM Atmosphere.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

  • The ability to edit 4-8 videos per month.
  • The ability to edit 2 long-form videos per year.

  • Grow videography skills with help of the Director of Photography & Content Strategy Manager.
