Here at GXO, we are looking for warehouse operatives to join us on our Resideo Contract at our Minworth site.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Receiving, and checking a range of products entering the warehouse
- Picking, packing shipping orders
- Manual Handling includes lifting at height, loading and unloading goods, and outsize items
- Working towards an average pick/pack rate target
- Reporting damage, missing products in line with local process
- Remaining focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
- Adhering to site policy and procedures whilst maintaining efficient operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment and order picking
- Understand health and safety issues relating to a warehouse environment
- Able to work flexibly and on my own initiative
- A current Reach or Counterbalance FLT license would be advantageous
- working to performance targets and shift working would be advantageous.
